Exchange Policy
We always strive to ensure that you love our products as much as we loved creating them.
However, we will be happy to exchange any item that is:
- Unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged
- With original tags intact
- Requested within 07 days from the date of delivery
You may exchange the product with a different size.
Please Note:
- Sale products cannot be exchanged or returned
- Accessories and jewellery are non-returnable and non-exchangeable
- All jewellery and accessories are final sale
Return Policy
Items are eligible for return if they are:
- Unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged
- With original tags intact
- Requested within 07 days from the date of delivery
Refund Details:
- Refunds are processed via Bank Transfer
- It may take up to 07 working days after approval
Important Refund Conditions:
- If the order is placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), the COD charges will not be refunded
Damaged / Incorrect Product
- If the shipment is torn or damaged, customers may refuse delivery and contact our support team immediately
- For incomplete or incorrect items, a clear unboxing video is required
- For defective products, clear images or videos must be shared for verification
